By using Delta Executor, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
- You are not prohibited from accessing our Services under applicable laws
- You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

Account Registration & Security
While Delta Executor does not require account registration for basic use, certain features may require you to provide information. You agree to:

Roblox IP: All Roblox-related trademarks, game content, and intellectual property belong to Roblox Corporation. Delta Executor makes no claim to Roblox IP.

Disclaimer of Warranties
DELTA EXECUTOR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your device
- Warranties regarding script functionality, game compatibility, or account safety
- Warranties that our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
We do not warrant that Delta Executor will be compatible with future Roblox updates, that scripts will function as described, or that your Roblox account will remain safe from penalties.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DELTA EXECUTOR, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

- Roblox account suspension, termination, or permanent bans
- Loss of in-game items, currency, progress, or achievements
- Device damage, data loss, or security breaches
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access our Services (which is typically $0, as Delta Executor is free).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delta Executor, its developers, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of Delta Executor
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
- Your violation of Roblox’s Terms of Service or Community Standards

Termination & Suspension
By You: You may discontinue use of Delta Executor at any time by uninstalling the software and ceasing access to our Services.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Delta Executor at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or prohibited activities
- Security concerns or suspected fraudulent activity
- Legal requirements or regulatory compliance
- Discontinuation of the Service
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
